Rodney Stigall is East Region President and Managing Partner of Intrepidus Talent Solutions East Region practice. With offices in Melbourne, FL and Los Angeles, CA, Intrepidus Talent Solutions was founded on our passion for talent – the engine that drives any successful company. Combining this passion with our industry knowledge, we partner with our clients to develop custom talent acquisition solutions that meet your most challenging requirements. Rodney specializes in assignments for technology, industrial, and consumer companies, with functional expertise in Human Resources, Strategy, Business Development, and Operations/Global Supply Chain.
Prior to founding Intrepidus Talent Solutions, Rodney was in talent acquisition at Amazon Advertising, a world leader in helping businesses and agencies build brands and connecting people across devices and the physical world generating $38 Billion in annual revenue. He led a talent acquisition team doubling headcount growth in the Advertising Products and Technology area.
Before joining Amazon, Rodney was the Director of Talent Acquisition for Cyient, a global engineering services leader based in Hyderabad, India, where he led talent acquisition for North America and EMEA. He was also responsible for leading the global sourcing function and sales recruiting. Previously, Rodney founded Stigall & Associates, a Talent Management consulting business working with clients in aerospace, technology, biomedical, and industrial sectors.
Rodney spent 14 years at L3Harris, a global Fortune 500 aerospace and defense company specializing in technology products for government markets. In his role as Senior Manager of Global Talent Acquisition and Administration at corporate headquarters, he was responsible for developing and implementing strategic talent acquisition programs enterprise-wide.
Rodney earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from Florida State University and a master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Rodney also earned an executive certificate in business administration from the University of Notre Dame. He is an associate member of the American Psychological Association and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
